Ethical Committees, Professional Football Discipline Committee and the court’s verdict all aggree on one decision; Fenerbahçe FC were involved in several match fixing activities that led them to win the Championship in 2010-2011 season.

Therefore, we request UEFA and FIFA to give an end to this chaos by following the disciplinary regulation as soon as possible.

Sincerely;

FIFA'ya Mektup

To Whom It May Concern,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter as a football fan seeking JUSTICE for Turkish Football in Match Fixing case and requesting you to follow your procedures and apply FIFA Disciplinary Code Articles 69 and 70 to put an end to this matter.

UEFA sent an inspector to investigate the case after 03.07.2011 and suggested Turkish FF strongly not to send Fenerbahce FC to Champions League in terms of protecting European Football’s reputation, but How about the reputation of Turkish Football?

I would like to remind you that Fenerbahce FC has not been relegated yet to a lower devision despite all solid evidence. The political authorities and Turkish FF have been working hard to save Fenerbahce FC from any sort of penalty and put pressure on UEFA on this case.  They also invented a term ‘Match Fixing had no reflection on to the pictch’

During the process government changed TFF and all Discipline bodies in order to find a way to save match fixers as the previous Ethical Committee report found Fenerbahce FC guilty of match fixing. They managed to change Discipline Code 58 despite all clubs voting against the change.

Mr. Infantino and Mr. Platini told several times that UEFA has ‘Zero Tolerance to Match Fixing’ policy and there is enough evidence to give a verdict on this case. They also said, it is not possible to seperate individuals from their clubs and if TFF does not take the right action, they will get involved and force TFF to do so.

At this point we, as Turkish Fottbal fans, think that it is time FIFA to get involved and the decisions must not be postponed any longer in order to protect the soul of the game.

Karar öncesi UEFA Disiplin Komitesine Son Mektup

To the UEFA Discipline Committee Members,

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are about to decide whether the Champions League is a League that contains Champions and Elite Teams or CRIMINAL ORGANISATIONS like Fenerbahce FC whose 11 members were sentenced by Turkish Courts. They   have political and monetary power behind them which kept them un-punished in Turkey so far but with your help this can change.

All we ask from you is allowing teams to have a chance who PLAY this game FAİR against teams like Fenerbahce FC that turns this game in to
a CORRUPTED ORGANISATION.

As Mr. Infantino said, “Referees being banned for life, not because they helped fix matches but because they accepted being contacted to help fix matches”
Let alone allowing a team to compete in the Champions League whose president, vice-president and lots of members were sentenced by courts for match
fixing offence.

Another statement made by Mr. Platini was that; 'Its is not possible to seperate clubs from individuals esspecially if these individuals are board members' and
Mr. Platini also said several times that there is enough evidence to keep Fenerbahce FC out of Champions League.

We believe in your strong intention fighting against match fixing crime. Therefore we believe that, the justice and fair-play will be preserved by UEFA. We are finishing our words with Mr. Infantino’s statements:

“Once the TFF has made a decision we’ll be keeping a close eye on this affair, whether the right decisions have been taken or not”

Yours Truly,
