Yazıklar Olsun

Karşılaşma öncesi ligdeki konumlarına, hedeflerine ve geçen hafta sergilemiş oldukları performanslara bakıldığında maçın mutlak favorisi konumundaki Trabzonspor’un ilk yarıdaki performansı tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıydı. Koca bir 45 dakika boyunca bırakın gol pozisyonuna girmeyi, organize tek bir atak bile geliştiremeyen bordo mavililer, soyunma odasına bir farklı yenik durumda gittiklerine ne kadar şükretseler azdır.

Konuk ekip rakibini kendi yarı sahasında karşılayarak ve orta alanı kalabalık tutarak oyuna başladı ve bu düşüncesinde de Trabzonsporlu orta saha oyuncularının silik oyunu sayesinde başarılı oldu. Trabzonspor beklerinin yetersizliklerini iyi etüt etmiş olan Nurullah Sağlam belli ki kanat organizasyonlarının önemini iyi anlatmış oyuncularına. Serkan’ın sürekli adamını kaçırdığı ilk yarıda sol bek olarak alınan Emerson’un da sürekli yerini kaybetmesi sonucu Bamba tek başına savunma yapmak zorunda kaldı. Nobre de kendine sunulan bu uygun ortamı iyi değerlendirerek Trabzonspor kalesini sık sık zorlama imkânı buldu.

İkinci yarının başlangıcıyla Soner’le gelen zekâ ve yetenek dolu gol takımın ilk yarıdaki tutuk oyununu bir nebze olsun unutturacak gibi görünse de ilerleyen dakikalarda bunun sadece anlık gelişen bir durum olduğu, Trabzonsporlu futbolcuların futbol oynamaya niyetlerinin olmadığını gördük. İkinci yarının başında Zokora’nın yerine oyuna dahil olan Alanzinho kendinden beklenenin aksine topu rakip alana taşımakta ve kalabalık Mersin orta sahasını ekarte etmekte başarılı olamadı.

Yapılamayanların ve olumsuzlukların had safhada olduğu Trabzonspor’da elle tutulur tek oyuncunun Bamba olduğu, Mersin’li futbolcuların geliştirdikleri hemen hemen her atağın Trabzonspor kalesinde sonuçlandığı, rakip takım oyuncularından kat kat fazla para kazanan bordo mavili futbolcuların veteran futbolcular karşısında bile aciz duruma düştükleri düşünüldüğünde sanırım söylenecek tek söz; Yazıklar Olsun...

We are writing this letter to you as Turkish football fans seeking justice for Turkish football. As you are all aware there has been several match fixing activities during the 2010-2011 season at Turkish League and several arrests were made by Turkish police on 03.07.2011.

UEFA got involved in the case promptly and sent an inspector to investigate the case. UEFA then advised Turkish Football Federation not to send Fenerbahçe FC to Champions League and Trabzonspor FC replaced them for that season.

During the period till Turkish court given its verdict on Match Fixing case, UEFA’s president Mr. Michel Platini and UEFA’s vice president Mr. Gianni Infantino declared several times that, Turkish authorities have more than enough evidence to penalise Match Fixers Fenerbahçe FC and the teams involved in such crime. They have given examples from past experiences and outlined why Fenerbahçe FC must not be left un-punished.

On 02.07.2012 the court reached a verdict on the case and not only senteced several club members to imrisonment for match fixing for benefit of Fenerbahce FC, but also announced that these people were part of a criminal organisation and this was an organised crime.

Here are some of the people sentenced to imprisonment by court;

·         Aziz Yıldırım (President of Fenerbahçe FC) - Match-fixing at 7 matches : Imprisonment of 6 years and 3 months.

·         Şekip Mosturoğlu (Vice President of Fenerbahçe FC) - Match-fixing at 3 matches : Imprisonment of 3 years 1 month and 14 days.

·         İlhan Ekşioğlu (Vice President of Fenerbahçe FC) - Match-fixing at 5 matches : Imprisonment of 4 years and 4 months

·         Tamer Yelkovan (Chief Financial Officer of Fenerbahçe FC) - Match-fixing at 3 matches and member of criminal organisation for match-fixing: Imprisonment of 2 years 9 months.

·         Mecnun Odyakmaz (Sivas FC-President) - 1 year and 6 months and 22 days for match fixing in Fenerbahce FC match against Sivasspor FC.

·         Bülent Uygun (Eskişehir FC-manager) – 11 months 7 days imprisinmont due to getting bribe from Fenerbahce FC regarding Eskişehir FC’s match against Trabzonspor FC.on 22.04.2011.

·         İbrahim Akın ( İstanbul BB player) – 1 year 6 months and 22 days for match fixing for benefit of Fenerbahce FC at the match that his team lost 2-0 on 01.05.2011.

·         Korcan Çelikay (Sivasspor FC goal keper) – 1 year and 3 months imprisonment for fixing match for benefit of Fenerbahce FC at the match that his team lost 4-3 at the last game of the season on 22.05.2011.

·         Mehmet Yıldız (Sivasspor FC player) - 1 year and 3 months imprisonment for fixing match for benefit of Fenerbahce FC at the match that his team lost 4-3 at the last game of the season on 22.05.2011.

Despite court’s decision, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan got involved in the case and ordered new Football Federations and the Discipline Bodies to find a solution to save Fenerbahçe FC from relegation. New Discipline Bodies did as they were told so and invented a made up solution called ‘The Match Fixing activities did nor reflect on to the pitch’, which is 180 degrees opposite of UEFA’s and FIFA’s rules on this matter.

While Turkish fans were expecting UEFA to do the right thing and penalise Fenerbahçe FC, they went quite and looked like turned a blind eye on this case by letting Fenerbahçe FC to compete at European Cups.

A columnist of Hurriyet newspaper, Mehmet Aslan, in Turkey wrote an article on 10.09.2012 regarding the meeting between the Prime Minister of Turkey and president of UEFA that took place on 22nd of March 2012. According to him, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Mr. Michael Platini aggreed on finding a way to save Fenerbehce FC from being penalised for match fixing offences they were involved in 2010-2011 season.

There also are serious claims from various journalists that UEFA were bribed by some secret bodies during this process.

These claims would not be taken seriously under normal circumstances, but you must aggree that UEFA has not been acting according to the rules and regulations lately that they have to follow whilst running the European football.

As a result; we would like you to bring this file to the committee’s attention which declared a war on Match Fixing crime and help us to solve corrupted relations behind the curtains between Fenerbahçe FC, UEFA and Turkish government. This is a great start for the commission in order to tackle match fixing crime and will set an example to all clubs, federations and UEFA.

Açıklama

Yavuz Saltık’ın yaptığı açıklamalar üzerine BMN yöneticisi ve olayın dolaylı yoldan tarafı olduğum için bir açıklama yapma ihtiyacı hissettim.

Biliyorum çoğunuzun önceliği Trabzonspor ve ne gruplarla ne de oluşumlarla ilgili değilsiniz. Bu yüzden gerek twitter ortamında gerekse diğer ortamlarda çeşitli grup ve kişilerin birbirlerini suçlamaları ve ortaya attığı iddialar canınızı sıkıyor ve daha da önemlisi sizi ilgilendirmiyor.

Ben de açıkçası kişilerle uğraşmaktan ziyade Trabzonspor için ne yapılabilirin peşinde olan bir kişi olarak aynı duygu ve düşüncelere sahibim. Yakın bir geçmişe kadar da 3 Temmuz sürecinden bu yana Trabzonspor için elimden gelen mücadeleyi bireysel olarak sürdürdüm.

Daha sonra bu mücadeleye destek veren çeşitli kişi ve kurumlarla birlikteliklerim oldu ve asıl amacım olan Trabzonspor’un çalınan şampiyonluğunu geri alabilmek adına kendi aklım ve bilgim çerçevesinde çalışmalarım oldu. Bunların büyük bir kısmını oluşturan mail kampanyalarına verdiğiniz destekle de bu çalışmalar amacına ulaşmış oldu.

Bunun yanında gerek bu davada mücadele eden kişilerle gerekse BMN kadrosuyla yakınlaşmam sonucunda reklamını yapmayı hiçbir zaman uygun bulmadığım değişik işler içinde de bulundum ve bu dönemde yalnız başına mücadele vermenin zorluğunu gören bir kişi olarak gerek kişilerin gerekse BMN’nin  yanında olmaya bana ihtiyaç duyulduğu zaman da hizmet etmeye çalıştım ve kendimi görüş olarak yakın hissettiğim BMN’de de yöneticiliğe başladım.

Bu açıklamayı da Yavuz Saltık’ın gerek Ahmet Badur gerekse Metin Külünk hakkında ortaya attığı iddialara kendi penceremden açıklık getirmek amacıyla yapıyorum.

Yavuz Saltık’la tanışmam BMN yönetimiyle tanışmamdan önceye dayanır. Kendisiyle tanışıklığımız twitter üzerinden olmuştur ve mail ve telefon yoluyla da temasımız olmuştur. Gerek noter aracılığıyla çekilen ihtarnamelerde gerek olayın başındaki planlamalarda fikir alış verişinde bulunduk.

Şimdi size bu olayın çıkış noktasını ve kendi adıma bire bir yaşadığım ve gördüklerimi  maddeler halinde aktaracağım.

1.       Yaz başında ortak bir tanıdığımız vasıtasıyla Yavuz Saltık’ın çeşitli eylemler için TS kulübü adına organizatörlük yaptığını ve kulübün ayırmış olduğu bütçeyi kendisinin idare ettiği bilgisini aldım. Bunun üzerine yine bu tanıdığımızın yanında Yavuz Saltık’a telefon açtım. Kendisine Avrupa’daki gazetelerde ilan vermemizin yararımıza olacağını bütçe uygunsa benim bu görevi üstlenebileceğimi ve Avrupa’ya gidip gerekli çalışmaları yapabileceğimi söyledim. Yavuz Saltık da bana evet kulübün tahsis ettiği paranın bitmek üzere olduğunu ve çeşitli faaliyetlerde kullanıldığını iletti.

2.       Yavuz Saltık’ın twitter’da Ahmet Badur’a ithafen dile getirdiği ‘Ahmet Badur benim için TS’dan para alıyor, eylemcilere de bu yönde para dağıtılıyor’ iddiası ASILSIZDIR.

3.       Ahmet Badur ve Metin Külünk’e böyle bir bütçeden söz eden ve bu bütçenin de Yavuz Saltık tarafından yönlendirildiğini söyleyen kişi benim. Ama hiçbir zaman ve hiçbir yerde Yavuz Saltık bu parayı kendine alıyor ya da eylemlere gelenlere dağıtıyor gibi bir beyanım olmadığı gibi Ahmet Badur’un da bu yönde bir ithamı YOKTUR.

4.       Yavuz Saltık da twitter’daki yazılarında bu söylediğimi ajans yoluyla paralar dağıtıldı şeklindeki tweetiyle onaylamıştır.

5.       Ahmet Badur’un bu konuda yazdığı özel mesajları da Ahmet’ten rica ettim ve tarafıma gönderdi. Orada da bu yönde bir itham yok. Ahmet orada bu tür organizasyonlara önceden TS kulübünün sponsor olduğunu, BMN’nin ise kendi kaynaklarıyla eylem yaptığını soruyu soran arkadaşa anlatıyor.

6.       Atılan mesajların başını dikkate almadan sadece belli bir bölümü üzerinden yorum yapmak DOĞRU DEĞİLDİR.

7.       Her hangi bir BMN yöneticisinin Yavuz Saltık’ın kendi cebine para attığına ya da eylemlere katılanların para aldığına dair bir yorum, mesaj ya da açıklaması YOKTUR.

8.       Bu tür iddiaları ortaya atanlarını ispat etmeye davet ediyorum. Şayet edemezlerse gerekli mercilerde gerekli makamlar tarafından ispat etmeleri istenecektir.

Son olarak ben Ender Kuyumcu ve tanıdığım bütün BMN yöneticileri açık yüreklilikle diyoruz ki; TS adına isteyen istediği eylemi yapabilir, isteyen istediği kişi ve kurumla hareket edebilir, bu tamamen kişilerin kendi hür ve özgür kararıdır ama BMN’ye çeşitli eylemlere neden katılmadığı, bu eylemler hakkında görüşleri artık sorulmasın. BMN destek vermesi gerektiğini düşündüğü eylemlere destek veriyor, bunun yanında da BMN olarak da sosyal sorumluluk ve TS özelinde kendi kaynaklarıyla çeşitli faaliyetlerde bulunuyor. Bu durum bundan sonra da bu yönde devam edecektir.
